Weight loss journey

Hey ladies Hope ye are all well.. This is going to be the shortest blog post ever. I'm going to jump into a fitness/weight loss regime because i have put on weight and I am not happy about it so it's time to do something about it.. I'm just wondering if I blogged about it is it something ye would like to read about I would put up my progress and tips and tricks ect..

Flawless

Heya ladies just a quick post about the flawless wonder brush. I bought it in Newcastle West but have seen it in a few chemists in killarney since. I used it today for the first time and it felt like I was holding my tooth brush lol it was weird at first but I got the hang of it. A little bit of foundation goes a long way with this brush it spreads it out so easily and really does give you a flawless finish and it's really soft and very afordable. It was my first time buying a flawless brush but now I can't wait to buy more and see if they are as good as the wonder brush.

My go to make up

Hello ladies just doing a quick blog post about my go to make up at the moment. I always start of with a clean moisturised face I then put a primer on I use the maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser

 I only stick to 2 different foundations at the moment I have been using both with the past few months. I use the loreal infallible 24 hour matte by day and the inglot hd foundation by night I love both of these foundations they are both full coverage matte finish and long lasting which is what I look for in a foundation.

I put either one on the back of my hand and put it on with the real techniques stippling brush and blend it in with there blending sponge damp. I'm shade 76 in the inglot and shade 20 in the loreal. I then use the maybelline instant anti age concealer in light for under my eyes down my nose my cupids bow and chin.

I set that then with the NYX highlight and contour pallette using the shades cream under my eyes and soft light for the rest of my face with the real techniques buffing brush.

Then I contour with the same pallette using the shade toffee and the penneys contour brush. For brows I use a catrice eyebrow kit and this bobbi brown brush.

For blush and highlight I use a catrice blush pallette with the real techniques blush brush and a sleek highlight pallete with a real techniques pointed foundation brush.

I finish off with a coat of mascara from maybelline and a matte setting spray from NYX

 

I throw on whatever lipstick I'm feeling on the day but mainly something nude or a gloss for day wear I usually have alot of eyeshadow on for night with winged liner and lashed with a bolder lip but for daytime I keep it simple (most of the time) all the products listed are very affordable and easy to get your hands on but if ye have any questions don't hesitate to ask ill do my best to answer them. Blue detailed collar peplum

Hey ladies Hope ye all had a fab weekend. I had a good enough one.  It started off a but rough I had an ingrown toenail removed Thursday and im still in a bit of pain but ill live haha. It didn't stop me going to my besties 30th birthday party though. We had a great night and despite taking it easy (kind of) I made my toe worse but it was my own fault. Lesson learned and all that.

So myself and my mom went to a warehouse clear out sale today in the heights hotel for a boutique called jasmine in tralee and there was fab stuff there my mom picked up a beautiful dress it was originally €225 and she got it for €65 Bargain like and I picked up a top. I love it I think it will be fab with a pencil skirt jeans or a pair of black skinnys.

It's Long sleeved with a peplum it's longer at the back and I just loved the collar that's what made me want it. It was €40 reduced from €80 so another bargain. So that's about all my news for now girls thanks for reading and have a great week.

Inglot Goodies

Hey ladies

This blog post is about the new lip tints from inglot. I bought 1 today I couldn't wait to get my hands on 1 I chose the number 17. I wanted all of them but couldn't afford them today ill slowly get them all. So I put it on in the car before we left cork to see what it was like and I love it. It's a nude brown colour. It goes on wet and drys to a matte finish and it smells devine it's not very drying like other liquid lipsticks I have tried and it lasted hours so I will definitely be buying the rest of them..

This is a swatch of the colour it's €22 and I got mine in Cork. 

I also bought the inglot duraline I haven't tried it yet so can't give my opinion but I can't wait to try it.

ANXIETY

Writing this is scary and a hard thing to write but it's something that is a part of me so I might as well share it with ye I share everything else with ye. I suffer from anxiety and have done for 10 years on and off. We all have some bit of anxiety in us for example if you were going for a driving test or an interview you would get a bit anxious about it but that's normal it's when you can't handle the anxiety or it gets too much that's when it becomes a problem. It all started for me when my cousin emma was killed in a car accident I'm 2007 she was only 15 and it just threw me completely it was obviously a horrible time for my family and I started thinking about death and dying all the time then and then the anxiety and panic attacks started and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy it's the most horrible feeling in the world and obviously at the start i hadn't a clue what was happening to me but my mom did ( mom's know everything) so I went to the doctor and she suggested counseling which really helped and then I felt ok and stopped going and it all came back again by now I had kaysey my 1st daughter and my anxiety was at its worst I met tim my now fiance and fell in love so my anxiety subsided a bit for awhile but eventually came back because it's always lingering I think whenever your down or weak it pounces on you so eventually it was time for medication and exercise and more counselling which helped again and I was honestly at my happiest I had been since my cousin died life was amazing. We planned another baby and got pregnant  and had a second girl charley who is 8 months old and amazing but with giving birth came the hormones and the anxiety but thankfully no panick attacks thankfully. But this time I know how to deal with them so I'm gonna go back to the exercise. I also got engaged a year ago and have a wedding to plan so that keeps me busy. With great family and friends you can get through anything. The reason I'm writing this though is for anyone male or female going through it it's horrible but it can be treated and you don't need to suffer alone go to your local gp and they will point you in the right direction. I find staying away from strong alcohol helps me too if I go out drinking and have shots of any kind I will be a bag or nerves for a week after so I just stick to west coast coolers and I wake up hangover free. I also find camomile tea helps me relax. If anyone needs to ask me any questions I would be more than happy to help. Thanks for reading
