Bperfect 10 Second Tan

Hey guys

Hope ye are well and had a great weekend.
I had an eventful weekend. I ended up going out Friday night, chilled out all day and night Saturday and went to the so sue me workshop in the Brehon today. I will have a full blog post about it during the week. Today's post is going to be all about the bperfect 10 second tan (hence the title) I was very kindly sent a bottle of the medium coconut tan from the guys at bperfect and it was my first time receiving a product from a brand which is pretty amazing. I didn't start blogging for free products nor do I think I should be given free products because I blog but it is nice to think someone would like my opinion and all my hard work since starting the blog is finally paying off. So onto the tan. Firstly the smell of this tan is AMAZING but I love coconuts eating them smelling them drinking the coconut water or milk I'm obsessed. The colour of it is definitely my kind of colour. I'm not into tans that are very dark and obviously fake so the medium is perfect for me. I was sent a mitt to apply the tan with and it is a standard mitt they are all the same unless they are fluffy then obviously they feel more luxurious but I used that to apply the tan anyway and honestly it dries instantly but it's still easy to blend I don't know how they managed it, it's the quickest drying tan I have ever used. It's a liquid formula that you spray out so I sprayed it onto the mitt first and applied it to my skin then. It comes out brown so you can see it going on which i love in a tan because it helps prevent streaks it fades beautifully and not 1 bit patchy. It's the first tan I have used that doesn't go mucky around my feet so that's a bonus for me. I applied it once and had a shower everyday and applied it again after 5 days and I put on 2 layers to see if it would be darker and it was but not too dark. It doesn't transfer onto my clothes or bedsheets either which is great so all in all its a great tan and I will definatly be using it again and again. Thanks again to the bperfect team for sending it to me I'm so grateful ...

Current Loves and Lusts

Hey guys and gals..

Hope ye are all having a good weekend. I'm still posting from my phone. Cracking up without a laptop but you gotta do what you gotta do!!

So as ye can tell from the title I'm going to do my usual lists of loves and lusts.. so let's jump right into it..

Loves:

1. I couldn't pick between 2 pallettes and even though they are quite similar I do reach for each 1 as much as the other because they are both AMAZING and they are the urban decay heat pallette and the so sue hot fire pallette. They both have 12 shades some matte and some shimmer. You really don't need both but I'm a make up fanatic so I had to have both. In my opinion they are of the same quality for sure the urban decay one is €47.50 which includes a double ended brush and mirror and the so sue one is €29.95 which includes a huge mirror. So both really worth the money but again you don't need both they are so alike. I will link them both here Naked heat Hot fire

2. I brought the new look setting spray on holidays with me to really put it to the test in the heat and it did not disappoint.. My make up didn't budge! I highly recommend getting it. It's only €6.99 too it's so affordable. Link Here

3. I picked up this real techniques silicone liner brush in Sam mcaulys it was reduced to €5 and I don't know what i have been doing without it in my life... it's amazing I really feel like I have control on my liner which I have never felt before and it takes me 2 minutes to do my liner with it. I honestly can't see myself using any other brush again it's THAT good. Link Here

4. The monsieur big mascara from lancome is LIFE I mean I have NEVER used a mascara like it. My lashes look huge when I use it. The wand is big so be careful using it on your lower lashes or just use a different mascara with a smaller wand but for your top lashes you need it. I was lucky enough to recieve it at a pr meeting but I will leave a link Here

Lusts:

Im not actually lusting after much lately i think I finally have enough (said no women ever)

1. Luna by Lisa gloss set.... omg it looks amazing. I have pre ordered them so I'll let ye know the second they arrive there is 4 beautiful colours I'll leave a link Here they are sold out at the moment but they will be in stock again and going into pharmacies nationwide soon. I'm so excited for Lisa I have been following her blog and Snapchat almost since the start she's so much fun and she's so passionate about her brand I honestly can't wait to see what's to come. She is also 1 of the people that influenced me to start blogging myself.

I honestly am not in want of anything else at the moment so my lust list is a bit of a short one sorry... I hope ye enjoyed reading this.

As always thanks for reading

Hey guys,

How are ye all? Sorry i haven't done a blog post in a long time. I had serious laptop drama and I still don't have a laptop so I'm doing this from my phone so bare with me. Since I last came on I turned 30, my daughter turned 9 and I was bridesmaid for my beautiful bestie in Portugal and we were there for a week's holidays it was amazing there. So first of all my 30th birthday party was the 19th of August in killarney and I wore a beautiful bandage dress and shoes from Caris Closet I have just linked something very similar because the dress I got is gone. I got my beautiful rose gold shoes from the same store. My coat is from kerrys boutique in killarney.

I celebrated my birthday a week early because I knew I would be in Portugal for my actual birthday.

Here is the outfit I wore the night of my birthday in Portugal.

Questioning it All

Hey all

I'm just lying here in bed at 2 43 am and I can't sleep I'm one of the biggest worries in the world I'm lying here thinking I'm sick but I think this all the time I'm a hypochondriac and I'm always googling symptoms of this and that but realistically if I took care of myself I wouldn't feel sick all the time or tired I don't eat properly or sleep properly I never exercise I start diets or lifestyle changes and they all last for 3 weeks max and then I'm back to square 1. I really want to live a long healthy life and be there for my 2 daughters and my amazing fiance (very soon to be husband) I just can't seem to break the circle. I would be open to any help or suggestions because honestly I'm going out of my mind. Since starting my blog I have fallen more in love with make up than ever and I am so happy to be doing it on clients who come to me trusting my abilities even though I'm not qualified and honestly don't feel 100 % confident about doing it yet but feel so grateful that people are confident enough to let me put make up on their faces. I am working so hard on getting a bigger following but it's proving harder than I ever thought and some days I wonder why I bother. Then one of my followers asks me a question or confides in me for some reason and I think ya this is why I do it. I would also love to start a YouTube channel because I get so many make up related questions on my Snapchat every day I would love to just put it all on a video once a week but honestly I wouldn't know where to begin.. I have a laptop slower than a herd of turtles and I wouldn't know how to edit if someone drew a diagram. It's hard trying to be a mom, blogger, fiance, daughter, sister and friend besides throwing a YouTube channel in the mix but it's what I want and I'll eventually get around to it all.. what annoys me is that's what I think about last thing at night and first thing in the morning which is why I should be making it happen besides writing about it.. I'm almost 30 and i would love to be a healtier version of myself with a career by the time I'm 31. I would love to make this blogging, make up and hopefully youtubing a paid career. 90 % of any of the products I use, review or giveaway are bought and if not I state that so all opinions are honest. I wouldn't lie to ye so ye rush out and spend your hard earned money... anyway I'm just having a rant/ vent here so forgive me for the bable... this is what being awake at this hour does to me lol..

Until next time

Pixie Pout Review

Hey all.

Hope ye are well. If ye don't already know by the title joanne larby aka the make up fairy has released 3 liquid lip collections with 3 liquid lipsticks and a 3D lipgloss in each collection. There is the bold, the bright and the bare collection they are €34.99 each which I think is pretty good for 3 liquid lipsticks and a gloss. I opted for the bare collection because unicorn tears was screaming at me and I hadn't even known the name of it at that stage so it was definitely a sign (given my obsession with unicorns) so along with the unicorn tears there is muted melon, laid bare and the 3D wonder lip gloss. I'm in love with all 3 colours and I love the way there is a gloss to give you the option  to change it from a matte. They smell AMAZING. I think they smell like sweets and who doesn't want their lips smelling like that? I do anyway haha. The applicatior is like a tear drop shape so it fits perfect on the lips which is great if your new to liquid lipsticks it's fool proof application at its best and the staying power is honestly the best I have used in a liquid lipstick so far. It doesn't budge and it doesn't crack or crumble or dry it's very velvety going on and does dry matte but not too dry. I hope I'm making sense lol. Anyway go get 1 of the collections or all 3 if you can afford them I'm definitely going to pick up the other 2. I got mine in castle pharmacy in Waterford but I will leave a link Here for joannes website. I have honestly not 1 bad thing to say about them. Go get them and thank me later.

This is the box they come in with her signature tiffany blue and gold colours on it.

This is me wearing muted melon.

This is me wearing unicorn tears this is my favourite one x

And finally me wearing laid bare.

That's all for now

Iconic Bronze Review

Hey guys

Hope ye are well. I was away in Newcastle for the weekend and oh my god it's a mental spot. I came home with the flu then of course so I'm feeling very sorry for myself haha. I tried the iconic bronze tan in dark with their double sided velvet mit I picked them up in penneys in limerick €6 for the mitt and €10 for the tan. I did find the dark a tad too dark for me so I'll buy the medium next time. Also the mitt is the nicest most luxurious mitt I have ever used. I'm just going to give 2 lists of pros and cons and show ye pics of before/after.

Pros...

Smells lovely
Goes on like velvet
Dries quick
Developed quick
Great price

Cons...

Transfers onto sheets
Hard to take off

Verdict...

Loved the colour even though as I said it was a tad dark so I think I'll definitely like the medium one. Also when I said it was hard to take off i never exfoliated it off I just used a face cloth so I'm sure it would come off if i exfoliated alot of it came off with just the face cloth and a really good scrub. I will definitely be using it again but I'll throw on a onsie after so it doesn't transfer to my sheets lol.

What a difference

Awkwardly posing for a pic lol that's it on me anyway.

That's all for now
